We strive to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, including handling your insurance billing. We will gladly bill any insurance provider on your behalf; however, it’s important to note that we are not considered a “preferred provider” with all insurance companies. Despite this, you can still be a patient at our practice and we will always work hard to maximize your benefits for you. If you have questions, always feel free to reach out! We are pleased to offer Sunbit as a flexible financing option for patients who want to move forward with dental treatment while paying over time. Sunbit makes it simple to review available monthly payment options, so you can choose a plan that works for your budget.
Sunbit may be used for many types of dental care, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments. The application process is quick, and checking available options may include a soft credit check that does not impact your credit score.

Financing is subject to approval. Terms, APR, payment amounts, and promotional options may vary based on creditworthiness and other factors. Please review your Sunbit offer carefully before accepting financing.

If your insurance doesn’t cover the full cost, you can use other payment methods or financing options like CareCredit or Sunbit to cover the remaining balance.
We understand that schedules can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. For questions regarding cancellation fees please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you. We require you to call and speak to someone to cancel or reschedule. We do not accept rescheduling messages or texts during non business hours.
